Lucie Westbury

Lucie has worked in social housing for almost 20 years with a career spanning both housing regulation and housing investment programme delivery. 

She has recently left the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) where she worked as a Regulation Manager making assessments of compliance with the TSA’s Regulatory Framework and managing a portfolio of registered providers across the East of England. 

Lucie lives in Leicestershire, is married with a young son and has a particular interest in tenant scrutiny, performance improvement and governance.
