Customer Service Improvement Group
Tenants in this group work to ensure the quality of the customer
service Spire Homes provide. They look at performance figures to
ensure we are giving excellent customer service throughout our
different service areas.
There is one meeting every 3 months, lasting 1 - 2
hours. Every time you attend a meeting, you will earn points.
