Quality Assurance Group - Rutland Tenants

Tenants work with staff to give their views on the £21 million improvement programme promised to tenants at transfer.

This group has helped to decide what fixtures and fittings, colours and designs tenants will be able to choose from as part of the improvement work.  The Quality Assurance Group is also responsible for overseeing and monitoring the improvement programme. 

What do I need to do to become a member?
Membership is open to any Spire Homes’ tenant living in Rutland.

There are 4 meetings a year, each lasting from 1 - 1 and a half hours. Every time you attend a meeting, you will earn points.
