Resident Inspector Group
Would you like to make a real difference and
have an opportunity to influence and shape our services to
residents, as well as learn new skills? If so, then being a
Resident Inspector could be just for you!
Resident Inspectors monitor, review and inspect the quality of our
services and make recommendations about service improvements.
We provide training, equipment and expenses to
assist inspectors in their role.
Purpose of Resident Inspectors:
- To improve and shape our services
- To identify good and poor practice
- To encourage residents to provide us with
their opinions and influence decisions where appropriate.
What do I need to become a Resident
Inspector?
- You need to be a Spire Homes tenant
- You will need to be able to undertake
resident inspector and any associated training for which you will
be given full support
- Great team working skills and a positive
approach
- Show commitment and enthusiasm to
projects.
