Rutland Tenants and Leaseholders Partnership

A key role of the Rutland Tenants and Leaseholders Partnership (RTLP) is to monitor the delivery of the promises set out in the Transfer Offer Document.  

Membership to the RTLP is open to all Spire tenants and leaseholders in the Rutland area. There is one meeting every 3 months, lasting 1 - 2 hours. Every time you attend a meeting, you will earn points.
