Mystery Shopping
We’re looking for tenants to become Mystery
Shoppers, so they can test the quality of our services by
working ‘undercover’ making enquiries by telephone, email, text or
in person and then reporting back their experiences to Spire
Homes.
This helps us to gain a tenant’s view on the quality of the
services we provide
and identify any areas for improvement.
No experience is necessary as full support and guidance will be
provided.
We’ll also pay back any expenses which are
incurred by taking part in mystery shopping (e.g. telephone
costs/travel expenses).
Useful skills to have:
- Be able to use the phone/email
- Be able to read and follow a simple
questionnaire and fill it in clearly
- Be available to attend a taster session and a
couple of support meetings
- Be available to carry our mystery shops
during office hours.
