Residents Association

A residents association is a group of people who live in the same area who work together to help make their neighbourhood a better place to live.  It’s a great opportunity to make Spire Homes and local agencies aware of any local issues and work with them to resolve them.

If there isn’t a residents association in your area, we can help you set one up yourself.  As well as providing guidance and support we also have start up grants to help new groups get on their feet.
