The Madge Standard

The Madge Standard was developed in 2009 by the Rutland Tenant and Leaseholder Partnership.

Resident-led scrutiny needs excellent communication from landlords. Clear, concise and correct information has to be conveyed to a non-housing audience - who are all volunteers - so that it is fully understood and empowers residents to play a full and active part in scrutinising services and monitoring the transfer “promises”.
