Lifeline winners get peace of mind

Mr and Mrs Betts from Rushden have won a years
supply of Spire’s Lifeline service as part of a prize draw, worth
over £160. The prize draw was open to those who were newly signed
up to the service.
A lifeline enables tenants to get help from
Spire’s call centre 24 hours a day, and weekly and monthly support
visits or in emergencies. The Operators will get assistance from
tenants nominated contacts or the emergency services. The centre is
staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and work with a
local team of Supported Housing staff.
Angela Curtis, Senior Support Worker, said
“this is a great service that helps anyone who feels vulnerable
or in need of extra support. There are a variety of different
packages available to suit everyone. I am so pleased that Frederick
and Jane have won; congratulations to you both!”
