Special celebration for Ryhall Village Hall

Ryhall Village Hall marked its latest achievement with a special celebration on Sunday for the completion of their new bar area, thanks to a grant from Spire Homes and their Community Grant Fund.

The hall committee also officially launched the 2012 calendar and its own unique village postcard – a result of the photo competition held earlier this year. The topping on the celebration cake is the village hall’s new website.

Special guests at the celebration were Katy Sagoe, Director of Housing Services at Spire Homes, and Andy Stretton of Stamford Photo Express.

Paul Huddleston, chair of the village hall committee, said: “Spire Homes generously awarded us over £3,200 to refurbish our bar and serving area through their Community Grants scheme. We are delighted and extremely grateful for the support. Our customers deserve the best and the money from Spire Homes means we can deliver that.”
