DIRECT DEBIT

The easiest and most convenient method. Payments can be made directly from your bank account on the 1st, 7th or the 15th of each month. Once you have completed a direct debit mandate and sent it to Spire Homes it will be set up for you and automatically changed whenever you have a change in rent (such as a rent increase or change in Housing Benefit). We will write to you to let you know if the amount is going to change in advance.
Your rent account should be paid up to date to set up a direct debit however, dependant on your circumstances you may still be able to pay this way.
