Tenant Satisfaction Survey - Repairs

A Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS) will be provided for each repair carried out or you can complete the online form below.

Your views are extremely important to us as they tell us how the repair was completed and whether we could be doing anything differently to improve the repair service. You must let us know if you are not happy with any aspect of the repair service.
