How to pay your rent
You can check your balance via My Account, our online tenant platform, find out more about Welfare benefits to see if you're entitled to further support, or register for our Money Advice service to help you manage your rent payments.
It is your responsibility to manage your rent payments, but we're here to give you advice. What happens if I do not pay my rent?
This is the easiest way to pay if you have a bank or building society account and it’s simple to arrange. There are no extra charges and in the unlikely event of an error you are guaranteed a refund from your bank or building society.
Please call our Access Centre on 0300 123 6611 to set up a Direct Debit over the phone.
Debit or credit card
You can make payments over telephone using your debit or credit card by calling our payment service provider Allpay on 0844 557 8321. To make the payment you will need to have your 19 digit Allpay PRN number, which can be found on the front of your Allpay card, and your debit or credit card details.
If you need further assistance, you can ring Spire Homes on 0300 123 6611, and select option 2, which will direct you to the payment line.
We can also help you set up a direct debit over the phone. You can choose whether to make your payment weekly on a Friday or Monday, or monthly on 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th of each month.
Log onto our online bill payments platform, Allpay, and enter your Allpay card and debit or credit card numbers.
The Allpay app
You can now download an Allpay app to make payments online from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Once you have logged into the app you can save all your payment reference numbers, bank card details and payment amounts so you don’t have to enter them every time you want to make a payment.
Telephone or internet banking
If your bank offers telephone or internet banking, you can quoting your tenant reference number and Spire Homes' account details:

Visiting the Post Office or a PayPoint
Take your payment along to any Post Office or PayPoint outlet with your rent payment card and they will give you a receipt.
